Pet Policy
Up to 2 pets per apartment. Adding a pet requires a $500/pet fee and $25 monthly pet rent per pet; approved service animals are exempt. Prohibited breeds include: Akita, American Bully, American Stafford Terrier, Bull Terrier, Bullmastiff, Chow Chow, Dingo, Doberman Pinscher, Giant Schnauzer, German Shepherd, Mastiff, Ovtcharka, Presa Canario, Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rottweiler, Neapolitan Mastiff, and wolf. Dogs with any history of biting, injuring people/animals, or damaging property, and mixes resembling these breeds, are not allowed. No exotic pets, livestock, poisonous species, snakes, birds of prey, insects, arachnids, or rodents other than hamsters, guinea pigs, or gerbils.
